Hi Jane, We never had a contract. I made a good faith arrangement to pay you $5,000 a month from my limited savings for 4 months. After that you agreed, the foundation would be healthy enough (your pledge after you said you were going to raise a million) to be able to tell your board you should receive a stipend. I lived up to my agreement. You did not live up to yours. I am sorry for your pain. Best wishes - David
